FAQS AT MOONLIT RIDGE
What is included in the base package?
Our base package includes access to the estate for the entire weekend (Friday at 9:00 a.m. through Sunday at 3:00 p.m.) including the Welch Barn, Newlywed Suite, 5-bedroom house, Kai Pavilion, Skye Terrace, Luna Lounge, Harbor’s Hideaway, and Caterer’s Quarters.
We host one wedding per weekend, so you’ll have plenty of time to set up, or host a rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch!
Do you require a wedding planner?
We do require at least a day of coordinator for your event. A wedding planner is not required but is recommended to ensure your event goes smoothly. This is your space for the weekend! Please plan accordingly for the perfect event to be carried out.
Do you require event insurance?
We do require event insurance. This is usually very affordable and can be added to a homeowner’s or renters’ policy. Please reference the preferred vendor list for insurance recommendations.
Are tables and chairs included for events?
Tables and chairs are not included for events. Please reference our preferred vendors’ page for excellent rental options in the area!
Can we book for one night?
A one-night option is available for midweek weddings and events. Weekend packages are Friday through Sunday only.
Do you offer catering or bar services?
We do not offer catering or bar services but have plenty of recommendations on our preferred vendor list.
Can we have a fire?
Absolutely! Guests are encouraged to use the firepit on the patio during their stay. Fires are limited to this fireplace only, and not permitted anywhere else on the grounds.
Do you have onsite parking?
We have a spacious lot with plenty of onsite parking available!
Do you have bathrooms?
Yes. We have two bathhouses for guests on-site, as well as two bathrooms in the main house, newlywed suites, and Luna Lounge.
Do you have kitchen space for food vendors?
Yes! Moonlit Ridge Estate features on-site caterers’ quarters to provide a prep space for vendors.
