Rehearsal Dinner

Host your rehearsal dinner in the Welch Barn, a cozy and romantic barn structure. This space has just been renovated and boasts two floors including a loft, bright and modern renovations, as well as a handcrafted dance floor made of barn wood from the property. This is also a lovely space for farewell brunches, and elopements.

The Main House

A newly renovated five-bedroom house provides the ideal accommodations for family or friends. The couple resides in the gorgeous and freshly redone newlywed suite. This charming space features high ceilings, a full kitchen, a romantic bathroom, and exposed wood details. Both of these spaces have been completely remodeled and designed to perfection.

Day Of Wedding

The Suites

Included on the day of your wedding are the two wedding party suites. The Luna Lounge is the perfect space for half of the wedding party to get ready, complete with four salon stations, a steaming station, and a kitchenette with a mimosa bar. Harbor’s Hideaway suite is a rustic hang-out to relax and prepare for the big day. In Harbor’s Hideaway, you’ll find exposed wood, leather couches for lounging, and even a foosball table.

Caterer’s Quarters

Vendors will find plenty of parking and space to set up upon arrival. Moonlit Ridge features on-site caterers’ quarters to provide a prep space for food and beverage vendors.

Ceremony Area

The breathtaking mountain views at our ceremony area are not only a photographer’s dream but the perfect backdrop to exchange your vows. Elevate your ceremony with one of our incredible customizable arch options.

Skye Terrace

Lounge and enjoy cocktail hour on Skye Terrace. This 40’ by 50’ patio space features a firepit, scenic views of the mountains, stone features, and ambient lighting. Skye Terrace is great for cocktail hour or an after-reception hangout. This is also a great space to host a fire a smores the night before the wedding.

Kai Pavilion

For larger weddings, hold your reception rain or shine under the Kai Pavilion . This unique and gorgeous 80’ by 40’ grand space features an open-concept floor plan and modern wood details with black trim.

The Welch Barn

The Welch Barn can host smaller, more intimate weddings of up to 110 guests. This is also a great Maine wedding venue for winter weddings and elopements.
